Liability of Materials
The Serenissima Ministry Group (SMG) sells its produces as new (unless otherwise indicated). SMG is not responsible for the replacement of the materials should they be damaged, weakened, or deteriorated through normal use by the customer.
All logos and branding connected with the Serenissima Ministry Group, its ministries, or its online store are the exclusive property of the Serenissima Ministry Group. Additionally, all published materials offered on this site are the intellectual property of Serenissima Ministry Group. The customer cannot use, modify, sell, or create derivative works from those materials in any way (among other things), except if permitted by written consent of the Serenissima Ministry Group.
Products, Warranties, Delivery
SMG sells its products as new. There are no warranties offered on our products. SMG will seek to replace damaged materials if it can be determined that the materials were not properly packaged before being shipped. If products are damaged during shipment, SMG asks the customer to provide photos immediately of the damage so that SMG can determine how to open a requisition request with the shipping company. SMG will seek to restore the same product or the equal value of the damaged product. However, SMG reserves the right to accept or reject orders and or cases of damage at any time for any reason. If the customer's order is cancelled by SMG, the customer will receive a full refund of any money paid.
Any information provided by the customer to SMG through the Serenissima Shop site is only used for the purpose of fulfilling the transaction and acquisition requested by the customer. The customer's data is kept secure through the SMG servers hosted on Google and Aruba. No customer data will be sold to any third parties. By completing the purchase process, the customer acknowledges their awareness that any and all data shared with SMG is utilized for the purposes of completing purchase orders, communications with the shipping company, and communications with the customer.
